Penile filler at 5 cc, 10 cc, 20 cc and 30 cc: what is the difference?
Think of HA as a thin layer of gel the doctor places around the shaft under the skin. More cc means a thicker layer and a fuller-looking shaft. Filler adds girth only, not length, and the doctor examines your skin before telling you how many cc you can start with.
5–10 cc
Smoother and slightly fuller; nobody else will notice
What you will see: A thin gel layer that evens out narrow or uneven sections. The shaft looks slightly fuller. You will notice the change; most other people will not.
How it feels: Soft, very close to natural tissue

It looks fuller than the final result in the first days because of swelling. Once it settles in 2–4 weeks it looks less than on day one. That is normal, so do not be alarmed.
10–20 cc
Clearly fuller, still in proportion with your body
What you will see: A thicker gel layer, even all round the shaft. The fullness is clear both flaccid and erect, and you can see the difference in the mirror straight away.
How it feels: Firmer, but still soft and elastic

The first 1–2 weeks bring more swelling and tightness than the starter level. Do not plan anything important for this window.
20–30 cc
The most thickness that can be added in one session
What you will see: The thickest gel layer. The shaft looks thicker and fuller than at the other two levels.
How it feels: Firm and full; the skin feels tighter than at the other levels at first
- Skin elastic enough to take a large volume, which the doctor must check first. Not everyone can start at this level.
- Patients who have had filler before and whose tissue has adapted well
More swelling, tightness and a longer settling time than the other levels. The doctor usually suggests starting lower and topping up: the result is smoother and the risk is lower.

- Heavy exercise for 14 days
- Sauna, steam room, swimming and soaking in water for 14 days
- Pressing or massaging harder than the doctor told you

How much size can I gain?
We cannot give you a number in advance, because the same cc gives a different result in each man. Filler mainly adds girth. The doctor looks at your skin and anatomy and tells you the realistic result at the consultation.
Does it increase length?
No. Filler adds girth only. For length, the doctor explains the options and their limits straight.
Will it affect erection or sensation?
It is not designed for that. Filler sits under the skin and does not go into the tissue involved in erection, so we do not claim it helps or changes function. If you already have erection problems, see a doctor about them first.
How long does penile filler last? Is it permanent?
It is not permanent. Results usually last 12–24 months, then the body gradually breaks the HA down on its own.
Will I need top-ups?
To keep the result, yes. Top-ups usually need fewer cc than the first session. The doctor checks this at follow-up.
Can it be removed if I do not like it?
Yes. The doctor injects the enzyme hyaluronidase, which dissolves HA within a day. This is the key difference from liquid silicone and paraffin, which have to be removed surgically.
Does it hurt?
Very little, because a local anaesthetic goes in first. The anaesthetic injection stings like any needle. After that, most men feel only tightness.
How long does it take?
About 90 minutes from walking in to going home. The injection itself takes 20–30 minutes. The rest is waiting for the anaesthetic and resting under observation.
Can I go back to my hotel or work the same day?
Yes. You can go home and do desk work the same day, but no sex, heavy exercise or soaking in water for 14 days.
