Price per cc, and why it varies
In Bangkok in 2026, HA filler for the intimate area costs around 1,500–4,000 THB per cc. The difference comes from the type of gel, the brand, who injects it, and what the price includes. A gel suited to this area has to be soft enough to feel natural yet hold its shape under friction, which is not the same as a standard facial filler.
How many cc do you need?
The two outer contours together generally take 2–6 cc, depending on how much fullness has been lost and your natural size. I usually start with less and top up at the 2–4 week follow-up, because adding is easier than dissolving. A first-visit budget is therefore usually in the low to mid tens of thousands of baht, not hundreds of thousands. If anyone proposes more than 10 cc in a first session for this area, ask why.

What does an unusually low price tell you?
Below 1,000 THB per cc is close to impossible for a registered HA. It usually means the brand is not disclosed, the injector is not a doctor, or the substance is not HA. Most of the correction cases I see in women come from beauty clinics that offer intimate injections as a sideline to facial filler.
